Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely to maintain workflow.
- Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) with precision.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
