- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client positions weekly
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Leverage ATS tools to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting
- Build strategic partnerships with San Jose's leading employers
- Implement weekly pay processes for temporary and contract placements
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with tech focus
- Proven success placing technical and executive roles in Silicon Valley
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
