Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners across Sacramento
- Conduct thorough interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines

- Weekly payroll processing coordination for temporary staff

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Expertise in Sacramento's job market and key industries
- Strong interview and assessment skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license for local client meetings
