We are currently seeking a dynamic Staffing Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the face of our agency, managing the full-cycle recruiting process for our diverse client base while ensuring our candidates receive the financial security of weekly compensation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruiting Process: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary and direct-hire roles.
- Weekly Pay Administration: Coordinate with payroll to ensure our valued candidates receive their paychecks on time, every week.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to applicants, ensuring a smooth and professional journey from application to hire.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks in the San Francisco market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage diverse populations.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our San Francisco office.
