Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our client base.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for temporary and permanent employees.
- Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensuring accurate timesheet tracking and payroll processing compliance.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop new recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Seattle metro area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
