Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including onboarding and documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our proprietary ATS system
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with state labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience in California market
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday or Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Valid California driver's license (for client site visits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment analytics tools
- Flexible schedule availability for evening/weekend candidate interviews
