Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across El Paso and surrounding areas
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and staffing needs
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of El Paso's labor market and key industry sectors
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred
