Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active job requisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate tracking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Present shortlists to clients and negotiate offers
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Indiana's talent market
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Valid Indiana driver's license (client site visits required)
