Responsibilities
- Fill urgent client vacancies within 24-48 hours through proactive sourcing
- Manage high-volume recruitment pipelines for tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Execute direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, niche job boards, and talent communities
- Conduct rapid candidate screening and virtual interviews using our ATS platform
- Facilitate same-day offer negotiations and onboarding processes
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume/staffing recruitment (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of 50+ placements in 12 months
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and recruitment marketing
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday ATS
- Ability to make 50+ calls/day and conduct 15+ interviews daily
