Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Resolve Tier 2-3 escalations with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in contract/temporary roles
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Office 365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
