Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with software installation, patch management, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Perform routine inventory checks for hardware assets and report shortages.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting Windows/Linux.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to be on-site in Sacramento, CA.
