Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Optimize data models, workflows, and automation for performance
- Conduct code reviews and ensure security best practices (OWASP)
- Document technical specifications and create training materials
- Mentor junior developers on Salesforce best practices
- Deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines (Git, Salesforce DX)
Qualifications
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL)
- Active Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and governance
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (MavensMate, Salesforce CLI)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
