Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code that adheres to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
