Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Utilize ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team on candidate pipeline development
- Ensure compliance with EEO and labor regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and metrics
- Atlanta market knowledge highly valued
- Self-motivated with remote work experience
