Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS platforms and recruitment databases
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates and clients
- Develop job postings and optimize recruitment channels for maximum visibility
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies throughout the hiring process
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement within the Bay Area
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
