Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and client relationship management
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and in-demand skill sets
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client needs and position staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
- Drive recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, placement ratios, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Strong understanding of Wichita's local job market and key industry sectors
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
