- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Build relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documentation
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
