Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure warehouse organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and work ethic.
