Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trailers using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and workplace policies.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
- Reliable transportation is required.
