Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during the weekend shift to ensure 100% operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory counts, stock movements, and cycle counts to maintain accurate WMS records.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 5-10 associates, ensuring high morale and productivity.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and address customer inquiries regarding weekend shipments.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize errors and returns.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to prepare for the upcoming week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Previous leadership or shift lead experience is highly preferred.
- Availability to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) without exception.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required; Counterbalance preferred.
- Strong proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
