Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule shipments, coordinate with carriers, and track delivery status to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and negotiate terms where applicable.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of all shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory logs using ERP systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain process and suggest actionable solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination (1-3 years preferred).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
