Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select merchandise and prepare orders for shipping to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a tidy warehouse environment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working space for everyone.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required by the shift.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid government-issued ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English for safety instructions and shift briefings.
