Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Load and unload freight, packages, and materials accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking incoming stock, verifying quantities, and logging inventory data into the system.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, specifically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and maintain accuracy in scanning and counting tasks.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
