Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock to ensure optimal warehouse layout.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Math Skills: Basic mathematical skills for counting inventory and handling shipping labels accurately.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
