Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and label products according to shipment orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status.
- Assist in the physical moving of stock and materials within the facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for driving duties.
