Responsibilities
- Execute general labor duties including loading, unloading, sorting, and staging merchandise with speed and accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Operate standard material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company safety regulations.
- Maintain a high level of productivity to meet daily and weekly operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
