Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with potential candidates for various weekend positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing for industrial, administrative, and light industrial roles.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update client reports.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are comfortable and prepared for their weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
