Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate candidate schedules and manage interview logistics efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and applicants to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related human resources field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) as required.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
