Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for weekend shifts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verification to ensure full compliance.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future weekend and temporary roles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
