Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for weekend staffing needs across various industries.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews between clients and applicants to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Market job openings through various channels including social media and job boards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) reliably.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
