Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions in Oakland area businesses
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during weekend hours (Sat/Sun)
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for weekend staff
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ATS records
- Build relationships with local employers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Provide ongoing support to placed weekend candidates
- Track and report weekend staffing metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with weekend shift focus
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for weekend site visits
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Knowledge of Oakland's labor market and weekend workforce trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
