Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to match them with client job openings.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate weekend staffing schedules for local businesses in the Kansas City area.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and contract workers.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate availability and needs.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting, or HR role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
