Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across various industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and assessments during weekend hours
- Coordinate client placements and manage onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing records
- Build and nurture relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Knowledge of Fresno's job market preferred
