Responsibilities
- Conduct Initial Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes and phone screen applicants to assess qualifications for weekend and temporary roles.
- Manage Interview Schedules: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Place Temporary Staff: Fill open shifts for our agency clients with qualified, pre-vetted personnel.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs and candidate feedback.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new temporary hires with orientation and paperwork to ensure a seamless start.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (typically 35-40 hours) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
