Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct high-volume candidate interviews during weekend shifts
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements through weekend coverage
- Coordinate interview logistics and onboarding processes for weekend placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless staffing operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in high-volume weekend or shift-based environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
