Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and CRM systems
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Collaborate with recruiters to fill urgent weekend shift openings
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing coordination experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with background screening processes
- Knowledge of Virginia labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
