Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and event clients
- Screen and qualify candidates for weekend shift positions via phone/in-person interviews
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Act as primary contact for weekend staff and clients during shift hours
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job requisition tracking
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute coverage requests
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- HR certification or relevant degree a plus
