Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Seattle's healthcare, logistics, and technology sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for weekend roles, including screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through weekend-focused outreach
- Utilize our proprietary ATS system to track recruitment metrics and optimize weekend hiring workflows
- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate assessments during weekend hours to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless candidate handoffs and consistent service quality
- Analyze weekend staffing market trends to develop innovative recruitment strategies for our Seattle clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven weekend shift availability
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for healthcare, logistics, or weekend-specific industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely and in-person
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms
- Valid Washington State driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple weekend recruitment pipelines
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working in Seattle's competitive staffing market highly valued
