- Manage end-to-end weekend staffing operations including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate temporary placements for weekend shifts in healthcare, hospitality, and logistics sectors
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and candidates to ensure seamless staffing coverage
- Optimize weekend scheduling using our proprietary staffing software for maximum efficiency
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure 100% client satisfaction with weekend placements
- Collaborate with full-time team members to maintain continuity of service across all shifts
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for upcoming weekend staffing needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing, recruitment, or human resources experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in staffing software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential for holiday coverage
