Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Coordinate onboarding processes for weekend staff including background checks and document verification
- Manage client communications regarding weekend staffing needs and schedule adjustments
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job order tracking systems
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for temporary weekend staff
- Resolve staffing emergencies with same-day solutions for client partners
- Collaborate with recruitment team to optimize weekend staffing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with potential weekday availability
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay industry sectors and labor market trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
