Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend and temporary roles in Los Angeles County
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, onboarding, and client coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and match qualified professionals
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for weekend assignments
- Provide exceptional client support during weekend operational hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment experience (weekend exposure preferred)
