Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for weekend shifts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into weekend operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and candidates in the Charlotte area.
- Process payroll and ensure all weekend staffing compliance is met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
