Responsibilities
- Recruit and vet qualified candidates for weekend shift openings across multiple industries
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates via phone/email
- Onboard new hires for weekend assignments and ensure compliance requirements
- Manage client relationships through weekly performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and maintain candidate databases
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless staffing coverage
- Conduct market research to identify emerging weekend staffing trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage confidential information
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6AM-6PM Sat/Sun)
- Knowledge of Portland's labor market and local talent networks
