- Screen and interview candidates for weekend/temporary positions across Nashville
- Match qualified candidates with client requirements using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend staff placements
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate weekend staffing logistics with client partners
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Track placement metrics and report weekly performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
