Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in Colorado Springs
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Build relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Facilitate same-week interviews and offer negotiations
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs' job market and key industries
- Valid driver's license for client visits
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
