Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients in Greater Philadelphia
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean search techniques
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments aligned with client requirements
- Drive business development through cold outreach and relationship expansion
- Manage candidate pipelines using Bullhorn ATS and Salesforce CRM
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in technical recruitment (software development, data science, cybersecurity)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for client site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
