Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for client positions.
- Conduct effective phone and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing strategies and social media.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand specific client hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for temporary and contract employees, ensuring compliance and smooth integration.
- Update candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent schedule.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
