Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and contract employees.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
