Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines to ensure consistent delivery of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, results-oriented environment.
