Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across 15+ client locations
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for weekend shifts
- Resolve staffing emergencies with 2-hour response times
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for placed candidates
- Maintain compliance with state labor regulations
- Utilize ATS software to track placement metrics
- Build relationships with Louisville-area business leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing or recruitment experience
- Proficiency in Greenhouse and Workday platforms
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- OSHA certification for healthcare placements
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to work Saturdays 6AM-2PM and Sundays 1PM-9PM
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) certification a plus
